I don't play either, I just enjoy scripting. It's a nice break from my OOP job.

But yea I'd really like to see a logical explanation and not " I got banned using it years ago" or " I haven't been banned in a month"
WHY is it less detectable? Answer that and you got meKyle Undefined said:I think the reason you're getting new member posting, like myself, is because Daniel posted the link to this thread in IRC. I'm just here trying to give the truth about Simba.
What else would you like to see? Did the section I link you to help at all? I'd really like to help people use Simba to auto, but you're going to have to trust us when we say the ban rate is very low.
I can say, without a doubt, that Simba's ban rate is much lower than any of the java bots.

Not the scripters, but color botting in general. My badKyle Undefined said:Because the scripters take great care in creating scripts. We use methods that a human would to find or to do things. Randomization is applied to everything that's major (ie mouse movements, clicks, waits, etc).
I'm not saying we're perfect, because no bot is, it all depends on the scripters.

I'm not talking bout simba I'm talking about all color botsKyle Undefined said:Like I said, the reason why Simba is less detectable is because of the scripters. Without us, Simba would be a program that would do nothing (Well, not actually nothing, but it wouldn't do anything for RS). The SRL Include is what powers the scripters to do many things.

Because simba is a color bot.. Which is what I asked about..iron man said:Why would he be protecting any program other than Simba?
I don't understand why you guys are thinking that Simba is 'sooo' detectable, since when does anyone listen to the propaganda Jagex says about bots? Obviously it wasn't the easiest to get rid of, as it's been there much longer than rsbuddy or powerbot or whatever and it's still standing regardless about what Jagex said. Who cares if they have a reflection bot-maker working for them?
Why isn't it detectable? Well, for starters there's no editing of the client whatsoever. Plus there was a lot less random-ness in most javabot scripts as far as I could tell, I noticed they tended to click on the same or close to exact same tile every time and similar spots on objects (obviously it could be randomized and made better by scripters in Java bots, same goes for Simba).
There's no valid reason as to why the color scripts at SRL would be more detectable except for maybe random solving, which it just logs out for if it can't solve it anyways. If you're that worried use scripts created by SRL members+ as they have all had to prove they can make a properly functioning script.
No worries, just a misunderstandingKyle Undefined said:I'm only discussing Simba, since that's the only free color bot that's out there at the moment. I thought we were talking about the same thing, sorry for the assumption.
Ven0m said:colorbots are terrible cuz they never work as of the new color updates.
