Hey, so basically this is a neutral feedback thread on anyone who wants feedback. Just post here stating you do, I'll write up some pros/cons, and how to improve yourself.

@[Mike] -
Pros - Laid back, but can get strict when needed. Good & active member of the forum. As far as I can see, awesome management.
Cons - None as far as I can see, model member of the community.
How Can You Improve - Keep this up I guess.

@[Ireppgold] -
Pros - Very nice, good & active member.
Cons - Occasionally I may see you post LQ post. Though, a lot less then quite a while back where I saw you posting many.
How Can You Improve - Keep your activity up, and maybe try to add a bit more content into your posts.

@[Oxide] -
Pros - Awesome staff member, willing to help, cool guy.
Cons - You weren't too active until yesterday. Not sure on the reason for that. But your activity would drop and raise (checked out your posts).
How Can You Improve - Just keep posting.
