How can I use Facebook to talk to friends?

I had also the same problem. I did install the facebookp lugin need for facebook video chat but still i am unable to do a video call. error occurs when i try to do it

Facebook is really great for communicating with friends. One easy way is to just write on their wall. You could also send them a direct message if the chat doesn't work.

What do you mean? Its chat box? Yeah they actually "made it better" but it's quite confusing this time because of the limit availability or something like that. If you want to talk to your friend(s), you can search your friend's name in the chat box below to see if they are available or online. Better yet, you can send them message directly or you can try another means of communicating with your friends other than FB.

You can talk to your friends via chat box at the lower right part of the site and you can also write on their walls and send them messages on their page. Hope this helps.

I don't understand what is your exact requirement. you can use the fb chat option to talk with your friend. Do you want to talk with them virtually you may use some a head set to talk with them. You have the ability to send pm to your friends
