How can i get in ETERNAL?

i like the user group and the over-all theme, how can i get in? hopefully i dont have to pay. :'( i cant seem to see a thread about it, in the groups section.

Legacy/Eternal is paid Group. There was open entry a while ago. It is closed atm. PM Phenom about it.
