How am I doing as a member/staff member

Well, around 2-3 months after RG was created, I become a moderator, then after around 4-5 months I resigned. I then become moderator after a while, then around September - October I was given the Staff position.

Getting to the point, how have I been doing so far, as a member and as a Staff member? What can I do to improve, what do you like/dislike about me, what more would you want from me, things like that.

Oh well, I was reading the bans list yesterday and I noticed you don't ban anywhere near as many spam boats as Oxide or Relapse
My challenge to you is to try and kill more spam boats before Oxide or Relapse get to them.
Other than that, you're doing a fine job mate, keep it up.
