I say practice and code one yourself. I develop and manage www.aspecthost.com and as-long as you can get the billing covered, it's a super easy process. Take time, never start a site without knowledge on how to fix bugs an develop.

Basically, I agree with what Kyle said.
But, I do have a few templates that I find pretty decent to use.
Of course, I ripped them all because, well, I can. Anyways, PM me if you'd like to see some of them.
