What are the chances of getting banned? and what type of bans? reset, console ban? or live banned?

The lobby got patched im pretty sure. I just tried doing it for my friend and the video wont load

Its always a possibility but if I do it will most likely be for either 48 hours or 2 weeks which isnt a big deal
