Hey there everyone, I really need suggestions on my Research Report. My topic is Natural Disasters. I need some suggestions for my Sub topics.

Sub topics are topics that I must focus on. Oh yeah, I'm talking about Natural Disasters in general, but i'll be talking about Volcano, Tsunami, Earthquakes and Blizzards.

Just to give you a tip, I already have two sub topics that I'm sure of using:
Types of Natural Disasters
Effect of Natural Disasters

Of course, no suggestion will be judged.

How about going into the science behind why the disasters happen?

Like a little background on the reactions required to trigger one?

Just an idea... I havent written a school paper for 10 years or so :s

Like, for example, earthquakes are caused by the moving of tetonic(sp?) plates of the earths crust moving against/towards/from eachother.

Tornado's are caused due to the rising hot air meeting with the descending cool air and form a vortex etc.

Obviouslly you'd need to go into a hella lot more detail than I did, lol

For example:
One town/village must have trees to not flood, because trees absorb the water etc...

This goes into types of effects but you can do: economic involvement and 10 years down the line (includes future repercussions)
