Well most good keyloggers/RAT's cost money. There aren't many good free one's. You can look up tutorials around here on how to set up RAT's/Keylogger's/Phisher's though. Good luck.

All good RAT's are free, The only paid what I know about is Blackshades.
I'm not a big fan of it.
