Hey guys, i was just thinking along today as i usually do when a question jumped into my head, "What is the highest combat lvl in rs and if anyone has ever got 99 in EVERY skill, legitly, and non-legitly (botting)

Well a lot of people on the highscores I'm sure did it legit, and the highest combat is 138

Yes, Relapse is correct, the highest combat is 138 and there are many people who did all of the stats to 99/120 legit.

And, I'm sorry for rating your thread a 3, I was testing something out and it was my bad. I was trying to see if I would get an error if I tried to rate it a 3.99. Sorry about that, completely disregard it.
