Its not a trend. This has been happening for decades m8. The media just choses this because it's "interesting". They like to sensationalize things like this.

@GrƷƷd well think about it, This all happened when kids just got to school. They were at their lockers or just socializing in the hall way before school started. The school is pretty big I've actually been in it theres wings of the school and the school averages around 2800 students. So the stabber could just of started his stab spree, I would think you know how tight it is to get around in during high school. So for him to stab people wasn't that hard.

This entire matter is horrendous. I suppose this type of person is the exact opposite of someone who would commit suicide, or self-harm because of bullying. I do not see how stabbing multiple people is better than "snitching".

It is a trend because the media makes it one. When they spend days glorifying stories like these, it creates sort of a sensation for someone like this kid. He obviously got bullied and wanted some sort of attention, whether it be negative or positive. It's the media that keeps this going.
