I feel like this rules is lightly implemented and staff don't have the guts to pull this on people. If anything, the warning level should only move up 5% for such a minor offense. Does anyone agree with me on this? Mentioning that one site H F is so minor and barely even forbidden here.

They are going downhill anyway. This site is modernized & 16,000 times better. No wonder everyone's switched. It's incredibly active if you compare the two.
