The plugin I normally use for this isn't working right now so I am working on fixing it in the meantime I need to know who the user $trong is he changed his username, and I have to find him. I may have a couple other people too...
 
did he change it through koins or is he upgraded?
 
I'm pretty sure that's Riot.

yeah, but he has the YT Strong and the gamertag Strong.
He's first name on here was $trong then haunt and then Riot.

OT: How did Kyle come back? I'm getting annoyed with this "refund a lot of money and you will return" if that's the policy I'm aware of.

Well if they chargeback a payment for their upgrade you expect them to keep the upgrade and just chill here still? that makes no sense... Because a couple of them where upgraded by other people I am giving them a chance to pay the debt of the charge back amount.

The last line I was just referring to how Kyle was able to return after scamming all of those people, like we see a lot now.

I believe Kyle was unbanned because he payed back the money that he needed. I think he needed to pay back members because people bought their way into the user group "Element" (I think that was the name of his group I can't remember) and then I think he sold the group a couple days later (again coud be wrong) and yeah. I could be wrong, but that might be what happened.

There are still many who weren't refunded from those methods he used to scammed with.
