My account keeps disconnecting because someone is signing into it on another console, what do i do?

Log in on xbox.com, go to my account, profile protect bottom right, and require sign on on console.

It's probably quad.

Or on the xbox go to privacy and require password on all other consoles. (after you change the pw)

Go to your account on xbox, and set the automatic sign in for your xbox only.

Then they will need a password to sign in on their console.
