So this kid wanted to buy my Turboer. It was $10.00. He sent it and I sent him the Turboer. He said it was too confusing and I agreed so I was messaging the owner for help. He never answered so I told him he had to wait. He said that I scammed him and that it doesn't work because he didn't want to wait any longer. I gave him multiple offers for tags worth $10+ . I would refund his money but my Paypal is limited ATM and I can only recieve not send. He wants some tags worth $70+ and he said either that or a scam report. His whole objective was to turbo the tag "ZW6" which is being sold around here. Some proof is below

And now he's saying he's going to post a scam report. I don't know what to do because I didn't scam and I've been trying hard to fix it, but he's being very irrational. Any help?

For some people that turbo doesnt work. You should refund the money.

I think Doug can help you with your PayPal problem. Try asking him and refund the guy's money.

Well this deal should be on hold until you can refund him the money or give him something worth 10$ that he wants.
 
He wants my tag and said so and I offered it and he wanted my instagram and 2 tags worth $70 from bids...
 
ZW6 was the tag. He said it was being sold and swapped and he was getting ready to turbo it.
 
Well yeah it was specials tag, he wants something I have a bid for $35 already
 
Alright, I will still try and work out something, as I feel bad for him not having anything.
