Iv'e been told I can change the gamertag on my banned profile and put it on a fresh account, can anybody on here help me do that please, hmu. Thanks.

It used to be possible through Zune.net didnt it?
 
That got patched a long time ago!
 
No if there was would be no point to sell BAN tags they would be unban. If there is a method only a handful know about it and they defiantly would not tell you.
