Help with an error? No response from server

Yeah, i've tried making a server before, and it worked. It's been a good year since i started again. But now no matter what I do, it gives me this error.

Can someone teamview me and show me what I did wrong?

I am portforwarded, but I am using 127.0.0.1 atm, can you help me on teamviewer? Much would be appreciated.
