Ok so I have a parental email on my account and I do not have the password to it. Therefore, I cannot accept the October terms of service update. I don't have access to the email. So, I've filled out the password reset form numerous times, all not successful. I have called support and have gotten the account escalated two times and still have not gotten a password reset. Is there anything else I can try to get the password reset? Thx.
Did you buy the profile with the parental settings? Or are they your parents settings?
The only thing i can recommend is trying to reset the email if you have a alt of a recovery email attached to the parental email.

This happened to myself once too.
Although I was lucky, because I put a fake age on the non-parental account. I only had to wait a few months until I 'turned 18'.

I had this problem also, but I bought the account with the parental lock on it. Sure enough, the October ToS came around just like you for me and I couldn't sign in.
The thing I did was contact the person I bought it from, then had him try contacting the OG owner. He told me that he could help but nothing ever happened, you're lucky the parental email is yours at least.
