Help, my tenure disappeared

My main account Atrophied had a 2 year tenure since I made it in Christmas of '09. It randomly diappeared today. I called up xbox support and they helped me the best they could but had no idea. I modded my gamerscore 2 years ago but never my tenure. If someone with xbox knowledge could help me out that would be great.

I was silver for one day during Christmas. I got a year the day after, and it runs out the day after Christmas.

I just did that. The modded gamerscore that got reset 2 years ago magically came back but no tenure. Thanks for helping me out though that was a good suggestion.
