Help me, IE9 is killing me >:(

Now when I go to post, it always double posts with IE9. It's such a big pain in the bungholio but I can't help it. Is there a fix for this :3

I used to use Firefox but with all the add-ons I had just slowed my pc down more, but now with chrome my pc runs so much quicker now.
