Help getting over Flu?

Anyone got any tips on getting over Flu?

I've had it for the last 2 days but am about ready to kill myself over it (yes, I am a typical guy who over-exaggerates the illness and will probably be fine in a day or 2).

But until then, any tips or advice would be welcomed with open arms!

I've had a warm shower, I don't have any Ginger Ale or Chicken Soup (guess I could get someone to get some for me though). I've had loads of sleep and don't feel I could get any more.

I haven't eaten since yesterday, so I'm dreading that part.
