Help Charging Back

I bought a program, and a couple days later, a friend of mine says it was stolen. I need help charging back.

No and no. Which really sucks.

Go to the resolution center and open a case, in the notes or whatever explain what happened.

Call PayPal; tell them your computer got a virus, when you went on to your PayPal you had a transaction you didn't authorize (transaction mentioned in the OP.)

This works almost 100% of the time. If they don't fight it, you'll win.
It's stupid how it's so easy to chargeback but it comes in handy when are fucked over.
