Help Charging Back

I bought a program, and a couple days later, a friend of mine says it was stolen. I need help charging back.
 
Well It'd help if we had the following information.

Was it sent as a gift?
Were you on a different IP when sent?

No and no. Which really sucks.
 
Go to the resolution center and open a case, in the notes or whatever explain what happened.
 
Call PayPal; tell them your computer got a virus, when you went on to your PayPal you had a transaction you didn't authorize (transaction mentioned in the OP.)
 
Yeah, doing what @Explode said will probably work faster.

This works almost 100% of the time. If they don't fight it, you'll win.
It's stupid how it's so easy to chargeback but it comes in handy when are fucked over.
