Thanks. I feel very welcomed. If I was going to buy an account from a member, if they have lets say over 500+ rep, does that mean I should instantly go first to them?

It is some-what inactive on PF as there forum is relatively new, still a very nice forum though man, you will find what you are looking for on this forum is you have the $$$'s dw man.
