Hello? Kudos?

So guys, we have a Kudos plugin for a reason.

Why isn't anyone using it? I mean I personally give out Kudos for threads that I like but really? Why isn't every one using it?

The Thanks system was implemented to make the site better but nobody is using it.

I mean some of you use it, but why not everyone?

I'm just letting everyone know that since we have a thanks system everyone should use it.

I give Kudos where I see it fit, although I do forget it at times.
I would also like to see other members do the same, with out spamming.
