IP lookup pl0x?

I got a email, from a @hotmail.com email with body/subject:

First I thought it was a prank, so I tried to sign into my old runegear accounts, all been banned. I tried to make a new one and it kept saying "This information is one of a known spammer!".

I'll provide to the full message source to staff (IP/Email/etc...), I was going to post it, but considering it wasn't a prank I won't.
