Have you ever FAILED a grade OR got a D/50% in anything?

Hm. In 5th grade I got a D in Social Studies.
I failed a couple of tests because I was put in a grade 5/6 class teaching grade 6 material.

Well today I got sent out while copying in a maths exam, all the teachers were there and made a comment about it. I'll guess I'll be getting a U for it, or at least a mention of it in my report card.
