Something I found while lurking on another forum. It's changed my way of thinking paying via gifts now.
Ok so it seems this question has been asked around quite often recently. Basically... you should NEVER ask for payment or accept payments in gift form over paypal. Doing this numerous times WILL NOW cause your paypal account to become PERM limited and prevent you from EVER making another paypal account again (with your name + bank account + credit card + etc.). Paypal considers gift payments that are not actually gifts FRAUDULENT because they avoid the paypal fees. You MUST sell rs gold/accounts/services as virtual goods/services. These cannot be charged back and if somebody attempts to charge it back all you have to state is "virtual goods payments cannot be charged back" because they cannot. Sending or recieving too many gifts WILL result in a PERM limitation of paypal and banning of bank account + credit card + anything listed in your name + address + SSN etc.
-Do not use gift payments.
-Use virtual goods for account and gold.
-Use virtual services (or services) for services.
-Make sure your PP account cannot accept payments from credit card only funded PP accounts.
