Well, I decided I wanted to box seagulls, and bot it. My character is now 40 attack, 40 strength, 1 def. What should I do from here? What stats? Where should I bot?

Depends on what kind of pure you want it to be mate.

If youre staying 40 attack just get 90+ str and range if possible and 31-43 prayer (personal preference)
Otherwise shoot for:
60 att
80 str
90 range
94 mage
43(52) pray
Addy gloves
DT done
Mm done
etc.

I died at minos while botting. :\ ran out of food and bot couldnt bank. 1 def pures seem like a hassle.
I should read quests more carefully. Wanted to go to Catacombs so I did The Blood Pact.. Yay 2 defense.
