Hacktivate or Bypass iCloud on 4S?

I know you could of done this on the iPhone 4.

But can you do this on the 4S - If you know a method, let me know too.

Also when I say bypass iCloud, I mean bypass activation screen..

I'll contact you a bit about this I got a russian friend who helped me bypass my iPhone 4 with his hacktivate tool and jailbroken it, if he says no hes most likely right.
