I just registered at HackForums to look for more stuff on the marketplace but I can't pm cuz I need 25 posts and I can't post because it says I need to familiarize myself with the rules. How do I do that?

EDIT: Apparently you have to be positive repped which is stupid

Hackforums is a terrible site. I recommend you click the logout button found in the top-middle part of your screen. #ForumKornerForLife

That's incorrect. Just because the word filters are gone, doesn't mean the rules that are linked to word filters don't apply. Philly stated within the thread as well.
