Hmm that's a bit odd. I've received a couple of appraisals for $15-20 and an offer for 45. Not sure if he's legit or not though

Well because I don't know if he is legit or not. He messaged me saying he would pay 30. Then said he would be paying 45. Now he won't message me back.

he probably was trying to scam then. the tags worth about $5 for a hardcore usas fan. maybe 8$ if you had USAS 12 that would bring alot probably $15 or 20$
