It says to only report spam,advertising messages and abuse. This doesnt fall under any of those.

Actually, the rules state that you must post proof when selling. Since he has not posted proof, he HAS broken the rules which gives you every right to report this user.

Yeah i see what you mean, but realistically you should report anybody breaking any rules, regardless of what category it falls under.

Screen shot via snipe tool would be the best way, But there are tons of free screen capture programs if you dont have windows 7.
