Yes NJ is very close to NY, But it doesn't really make any sense considering the fact the the Yankees are a NY team & there name is NYY, Standing for 'New York'. I'm not gonna sit here & say you live in NJ, You can't root for the Yankees, All i'm saying is that they are a NY based team, So '"Reppin' NJ", Makes no sense.

I still think that is understandable.

Anyone who knows NY is close to NJ would say, right, that's why he said representing New Jersey because they are so close.

But, you can think whatever you want to.
