Ok so i tried swapping a tag yesterday and it was in limbo mode for the wntire night. I woke up and typed in the tag and i saw it was out of limbo. I tried taking it on a fresh and on my mai and it wouldnt let me... Did it get banned? Please help. The tag is not vulgar.
 
Try different capitalization.

You could try spaces if you must.

Did you attempt to claim it on one, see that it was available, and try to main it?  Confused on what you're saying.

I meant that you couldnt find the tag when you searched it. When it was in limbo mode, you could type in the tag and it would take you to the old account it was on. Now it doesnt.
 
When you swap a tag it will go into Limbo on the Xbox 360. Xbox 360 servers are slow, if you try taking it on the Xbox One it will let you "or should let you (good luck)

They turned the filter back on,
I am pretty sure you can't claim it anymore, even if it's not vulgar it's gone

There might have been a spaced version of the Gt
 
You got turboed
Tag was from vulgar reset and now stuck in limbo filters up.
Or there was a spaced out version.

These are most likely your only 3 options.

Yea,
There is no getting back the gamertag, since it is in limbo
 
If he claimed it recently off a checker it was probably vulgar even though it probably wasn't a bad word or phrase it wasn't aloud before and the filter is back on so it probably won't let you take it :( Sorry man

Its not even vulgar its just a 3 char.
 
I think someone may have Turboed?
Idk there's a tag that someone has on a fresh silver, however it says it's available in the dashboard but when I click 'confirm purchase'
It comes up with an error

Hope you get this resolved mate
