Well the COD 4, WAW, and MW2 stats aren't that great. Same with the gamerpics since anyone can mod gamerpics into their profile. The 9th in MW3 and 11th in Black Ops are pretty good now. I'd say the account is worth around $25.

Btw - You need proof.
 
Post proof and don't expect more than 30$
