The gamertag is Permbanned. My friend who got it off the reset in 2011 traded it to Moon who was known as Zebra back then traded it for Marine which was stolen (Yes moon scammed even back then) and Moon didn't tell Daughter and all of their tags got permbanned. Then some random kid that went to Daughters (the original daughter) school ended up having the tag. I know the guy who owns it, i have his name and info But yes the tag is permbanned since the very end of 2011.

Call xbl support. Make up a story that someone got your account info and they got the account banned. That's what my friend did and he got his account unband within 48hrs. It wouldn't hurt to try.
