Can there be 2 owners of a group or is it a owner and a co-owner?

Curious because I'm planning on buying group.

Owner/Leader mean the same thing. It's a leader and a co-leader. If the leader is banned, Philly will sell it, though I think the co-owner is asked first if they want to purchase.
