Group purchase contract

I think that there should be an contract that members must agree to when purchasing a group.

By doing this, we can address the issue of groups being resold within a week, and may actually add a little bit to what's left of group value. Although I make money from new groups, I am not fond of seeing them bought and then sold a week later.

For example, users must agree that their group cannot be sold within the first 60 days of purchasing.

Let me know if this or anything similar has been suggested in the past, thanks.

Yea, it gets quite annoying when you see people say, "I am in need in moolah fast." When they only had a group for 1 week. They probably don't even need it they are just buying a twitter or instagram.

So, I say aye to this idea. Also a tip, if you ain't got money then don't buy a group.

I don't like this. If they want to sell it they should be allowed to, because if they don't want it they aren't going to try to keep it HQ. They'll just have it even if they don't want it, and probably not using it.

Also, what if someone runs into trouble and they have no way to make money, except to sell the group.

Although I agree with your idea, @Seven makes a very crucial point.
Sometimes people do run into money problems and only have few little ways to recover from them. You never know when you're gonna run into problems and need instant cash.

But I still do agree that it's very annoying seeing groups getting passed around likes herpes now-a-days.
