It is not "^^^is true."
It should be "The above post is true." The correct use of "^" is something like 2^2.
When writing number (I am especially guilty of this) when the number is zero to ninc (0-9) it should be written in word form.
Example of incorrect: There are 5 carrots in the basket.
Example of correct: There are five carrots in the basket.
You can not mix either, so say one number is larger than nine and others are smaller, always use the number format.
Example of incorrect: There were two apples before john ate 30 of them.
Example of correct: There were 2 apples before john ate 30 of them.
