It should be "Groups you are a member of"; that's the grammatically correct one.

"You're" is right for this situation but "you are" is the actual correct one.

Nope sorry it should be "Your".

But seriously, it doesn't matter all to much which form is used, but I guess "You Are" does sound a bit better.
 
Actually, the correct term can be "Groups you're a member of" or "Groups you are a member of". We would only use the second one in formal writing just because in formal writing you are supposed to avoid contractions.
 
"Groups you're a member of" is fine. This website isn't a business letter, it doesn't have to be formal.

You're right about one thing. You're is the correct contraction for you are.
