Got my first rare today!

I've been playing since a few months before the oval health bar update, and I got my first rare today. I got a Santa! I can't say how I got it, but I can say it's gone now though Still I was excited to get my first rare! Next goal: phat!

If you insist, I just think that it doesn't really give off a sense of accomplishment say, a friend trade-lends me his partyhat. Unless you sold it for equivalent value and still have the money then to me it doesn't really mean you've achieved the said value.
