You had many sales threads containing tags you had recovered on your console. There's your reason right there, however, you can also go onto Xbox.com forums and create a post asking about your consoles ban. They'll give you a very vague and repetitive answer, but it's something. It sucks, but you'll get used to it, or you'll quit, like myself. I gave up after my second console was banned last May. Be more careful about your actions.
