got banned from PayPal

Not on this paypal, on others though yes I did. I would have people send to a different paypal that way just in case they happened to charge back after a deal, it wouldn't affect my main account. This account though I had 0 charge backs throughout the time I've had it

maybe because you had multiple paypals for that purpose...

You have multiple paypals, use one as a dummy account with fake info to prevent paying chargebacks and you wonder why you got banned lol.
