I joined google+ recently and personally I feel its much better than facebook. Though its still under testing and people can join it on invite basis, its still better than facebook.
Currently there is no option to create fanpages.
You can have a group conference (audio/video) OR you can have regular one-one conversation. That feature is called as 'Hangout'.
There is friend circle concept. And other circles like 'family' , 'acquintance' .etc.
So, if you post something and you dont want your family circle to watch that, you can block them from viewing that post. This is a very nice feature they have added. Its not there in facebook. So.. +1 for this.
Instead of likes, Google introduced thier +1 button here. So you can +1 for anything that you like.
Ofcourse, since its from Google, you can link your youtube, picasa, blogger accounts.

Its still on "invite" basis. So if you need an invite, just leave a comment here.

facebook is the social site which connect the people all over the world i think it is the better than any

I currently do not have a Google+ account, never got invited :(

looks like a complete package with loads of fun.hope we have good time there.looks like its boss of all other existing social networks.far beyond face book.

Its exactly like Facebook, but somehow less complicated. But the circles or Venn Diagrams or whatever are a little hard to get used to..

I think it is very difficult to lure people from stop using Facebook. I don't know what is Google+ is. Since most of my time are pretty occupied with Trion, MyLot and MarketSwag, I don't think I have time to spend to test on other site.
