Same as paypal, give the other your info, they send it too you. LR is a virtual currency, basically only used for exchanging.

Liberty Reserve or you can use MP.
There is a debit card that let's you reload it with MP so that might work but I forgot the debit card.

Paypal pissed me off big time when they started holding all my payments for 21 days. I found merchantinc.com to be a good alternative because they never hold funds. Money is deposited directly in to your checking account, works on eBay too and the % is only 1.99%
