Good paid VPNs

I'm in search of a really nice VPN. I have the money to spend of course, but I'm having a hard time finding one so if you would please list your best suggestions below.

It can't keep logs and I needs to be fast, if not then speed I can deal with at least. Also it needs to be a one time purchase, no monthly fees.

Only VPNs I really use are 'Tunnel Bear' and 'Cyber Ghost VPN'. They're both free, but you can pay to get more MB per month, I think.
