That's just it, he didn't rip off 'your' members. He admitted to selling it, but not within RuneGear.
Other members here have scammed others outside of RG and they get off scot free.
Going by that, people should be able to do whatever they want outside of RG.

In terms of selling a DB, he didn't do anything wrong within RG and shouldn't warrant a ban.
