How easy is it to take back a gmail account?
 
If you secure it it's one of the hardest emails to pull back
 
Idk what you're referring to but if i can recommend anything it's the "Authy" app where you need a passcode that changes every 20 sec. Then disable text messages. They'll need the worlds best algorithm cracker or your mobile phone
