I'm trying to reset my password and it goes directly to enter your phone number on the to receive a code. Well I know the # but don't have phone ( lost it ) is there anyway to still gain access to my account?

You can try security questions or an alternative email address, obviously only if you set one.

Its either use my phone or file the questionnaire which never works.

Go into your account settings on that, you may be able to retrieve the code there.
